ABC - Music Lounge

JR Johnson, Scrubs Post-Production:
Once a CD or MP3 of music was given to me, I would first import the songs to my personal account here at Scrubs. I would then make various copies of the CDs for editors and other production team members, and then I would file the CD in our post-production office until needed (either on my desk or in a cabinet in our office). Many songs used on Scrubs actually came from a list that was provided to me. When I was given a list of artists and songs, I would purchase them and then burn the CDs. I would also find various artists that I felt would be perfect for Scrubs, and I would purchase them myself and import them onto my work computer.

Joshua Radin:
Working with the cast and creators of Scrubs was one of the most inspirational periods of my life. Each and every person who works for the show is not only so talented, but are more importantly good people who mean what they say. They gave me my first break. I will always love them all.

Ben Lee:
Having my songs be a part of great TV shows like Grey's Anatomy and Scrubs has been a help to getting my music across to a new audience as well as creatively really exciting. It’s amazing seeing how music can shift the meaning of a scene. It's wild hearing songs I wrote on my couch soundtracking a moment that the world is weeping along to! Really, really cool.
